If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Please email us at info@eonnatura.com if you would like to return a product for refund or exchange. Quote the order number and email associated with your order so we can send you return ticket number and further instructions by email. 

Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery date for Eon Natura brands. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sealed, unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

For damaged products, please take a clear picture of the damaged item and email it with your return request.  If an item is damaged, please inform us within 5 days after receiving the products. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).   You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
