Keeping healthy and living our best life to the fullest has many ingredients.  Today’s quick tip is about keeping physically active.  As we spend more and more time static on electronic devices, taking time to be physically active needs to be on our priority list.  Physical activity helps our organs function better, keeping our blood flow moving freely.  This supports our physical, mental and emotional well-being.  It keeps many diseases at bay while being fit.

One trick is finding an enjoyable activity that gets you moving, whatever may speak to you, which could change by week, or season.  Examples are:  zumba, yoga, gardening, brisk walk, jogging, biking, hiking, swimming, dancing, work out at the gym, paddle boarding, basketball, tennis, penny boarding, taekwondo skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and many more for you to explore.  Make it non-competitive, and fun!
